my pal ivan dips out a little in the vix trading pit
its always semi-entertaining when a trader gets bent, and even more so when that trader has an accent that some people cant understand. this episode happened awhile back in the vix pit. it would take too long to explain exactly what he was upset about, but trust me, he kind of has a point. enjoy his rage!

First off I would like to say terrific blog! I had a quick

I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing.
