What the hell happened to LEGO's ?!!!

Seriously, wtf happened to LEGOs? Used to be they were bricks, axles, wheels, planks, and if you were lucky a hinge. God I remember getting my first Lego hinge- the possibilities seemed endless to me then. I think I even stole the first cool Lego hinge I got from some lucky neighbor kids collection.
I guess when you're building a zombie gangster Lego crack house you need a zombie crack dealer, complete with firearm and crooked baseball hat! It's truly sad to me...
